Ways to lose pounds fast

I would like to know ways to lose 20 pounds and get in shape before early july/late June. Any suggestions?

I am 124 lbs. I'm pretty young. I am short but not overweight, mainly out of shape. I have unlimited willpower. I'd like to lose the weight by July, by any means nessacery. I'd rather not have to become annorexic to lose the weight so tips/suggestions on how to do it will be appreciated. since ppl have commented on me wanting to lose 20 lbs even though im only 124 lbs well i am very short im only 5'4 ... just 2 let u kno

  6. eat moderately, avoids foods high in calories. Get at least 1 hour a day of exercise, walking, bicycling, swimming, aerobics. That should so it for you and get you in better physical shape. Ive lost 85 pounds following that schedule. If it worked for me it should work for you.
  7. I can tell you the absolute best way to lose weight fast. I lost over 40 pounds in less than 5 months doing the Atkins Diet and it's easy cause you are never hungry..just eat lean meat, green veggies and healthy fats. Leave out the white flour, sugar and starchy vegetables like sweet corn and potatoes. Drink lots of water and the weight will just melt off you. My first week I lost 4 pounds and I've kept all my weight off for over 2 years..my cholesterol is better than ever and my blood pressure is amazing..good luck to you!
  8. 124lbs and you want to lose 20lbs?? You should just make your goal to get toned and fit. Losing 20lbs would make you look annorexic.... unless your 4'2" You might want to rethink losing 20 lbs
  9. Eat a raw food diet for a full week, only eat uncooked veggies, fruit, salads(no dressingand no bread) and lots of water. After the first week, switch and maintain an extremely healthy diet that is exactly 300 calories less than you eat now. Eat only low fat dairy and when it comes to sauces aka salad dressings, mayo, bbq , just say no. Exercise and let your body do its best. Don't push yourself too hard because you can do permenant damage to your body if you are not careful. We all want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but killing yourself really is not worth it.

  22. I've been crusin' the site and i see a lot of people suggesting the Atkins's diet. And I gotta tell you this is a horrible way to loose weight. B/c it is only carbs, your body doesn't get enough fiber (which is a big part of what it needs to survive). Fiber is how your body processes waste from your system. I had a friend that was on this diet for 6months and she finally had to go to the doctor because she started to pass blood! She followed the diet step for step. If your really want to loose the weight, drink lots of water eat a lot of fruit and dark green veggies ( all are high in vitamins and mineral as well as FIBER) You can even do a 1-3 day juice fast. where for the 1-3 days you drink nothing but fresh fruit or veggie juice, herbal teas, and water. You could even put a slice of lemon in your water. (lemon water purifies the blood.) You could also try homemade lemonade: Half a lemon, a 6oz cup of hot water, 1/4 tsp. ground Cheyenne pepper, and 2 tbsp. grade A organic Maple syrup.

  24. I agree with the other person, you dont need to lose weight, being too skinny isnt attractive, as I am skinny myself, all my life. I have bird legs lol......You just need to excercise to tone up your body, but having some weight on looks alot better. believe I know!

  26. im so tired of people asking these questions. if your fat and you dont like it get yourself thinking a little befor you tell the world. you can help youself. stop eating out at mcdonalds. stop drinking soda. start walking more and start eating fruits and drink only water or natural juices. stop asking everyone online and that goes to everyone who has asked in the past. im so tired of these quesitons.
