what is the best diet to lose some pounds fast?

i need to drop some pounds as fast as possible can any one help me

  1. do aerobics twice a day and eat only vegetables and fruit and non-fat yogurt. eat 5-6 small meals a day and you should be fine. you can also eat fish or chicken but not fat ones and avoid potato and bananas. musli is ok too.
