What is the best way to lose 10-20 pounds and tone up ALOT by the last weekend of May? Tips? Suggestions? Ect.?
So anyone got any tips, suggestions, personal experiences. - I am a vegetarian though so dont tell me to eat lean meats, i cant eat meat for health reasons

- go get the book alternate day diet and stop ALL junk food and drink ONLY cold water and walk then run and back and forth each time to loss your breath then catch your breath this will burn more calories good luck smile
