What are easy ways to lose 2 pounds in a week?
Simply put: I want to consistanty lose 2 pounds a week... Any suggestions?

- eat less! drink water when your hungry!
- Dont listen to the first answer. just go cardio 30 minutes a day at a good intensity enough to make a sweat. and avoid unhealthy carbs and fats. do not starve yourself instead when your hungry just make sure it is not unhealthy. Healthy snacks are Fruit Bars, Celery with Peanut Butter, Healthy nuts, whole wheat bread with peanut butter on it, whole grain cereal, cheese sticks the ones you peel, yogurt, fruit salad, regular salad with a good dressing. Drink plenty of water daily to make sure your hydrated. Good luck :)
