what is the best way to lose 10-15 pounds in less than 2 and half months?
can you please enter routines to do daily like... go for morning jog eat breakfast .... eat lunch .... jog or bike ride .... eat dinner but please be soecific like dont write eat breakfast write like eat oatmeal and fresh fruit get it? .. sorry so detailed

- morning time i usualy eat a bowl of cereal, ready brek is my favourite as its great in calcium and organic milk as it helps keep your liver healthy after that i do my housework because tha helps you exercise , just think when your hoovering your using your arm musles going back and forth lucn time i owuld have a cold chicken salad with alot of dark grren leaves, they have more nutrition in them than the lighter ones after that i would go for an hour walk with my dog on a nice day, the frist 15 mins power walk and then for 5 mins relax walkin and keep doingthat to keep myh eart pumping, when i come home i tend to do about 20 pushups to tone my stomach or crushes if thats easier for you dinner time i would try to eat fish like salmon or haddock, they are great for loosing weight and maybe some noodles with fresh mushrooms and peppers, or even boiled potatoes if you dnt like noodles. i look at it as instead of cuttin down just swap for example instead of chips baby boiled potatoes or instead of chocolate for a snack a piece of fruit , remember to have your five a day as its very important and dont skip your breakfast also to put osmething in your mouth you dont know about, i hate calorie counting ! it always odne my head in and could never stick to it so instead i would look up for example what bread is better for you etc etc and its really opened my eyes to whats really healthy and unhealthy try to exercise at least 20mins a day even if its walking to the shops instead of driving ( if you live close enough ) if you live a 20 minute drive away why not drive close enough to a car park and walk from there ? i usually loose 4 - 5 lbs on doing this routine , and its great because im still eating enough quantity of what i want but changin it to something so much healthier why dont you google up a porgramme called : cook yourself thin .......if shows you that you can stilleat what you like but how to put down the fat and calories i hope this helps you and just remember to take it at a pace your body will be able to handle, im sure youd rather loose a little weight at a time than end up in hospital for over doing it
