Ok so im doing a little science project on a unhealthy way of losing weight fast. I need to know how a person can lose a pound or 3500 calories a day. Please answer this question as if i needed this for my personal use. I have already asked this question to other people and most of the answers were starve untill you lose the amount you want and drink lots of water while running. I really dont want that. Could you please tell me how the person eats and excersises Thanks ps......also if you could tell me how people do it in one day for a month THAT WOULD BE SUUUUUUUUUPEER HELPFULL :))
