Whats the best way for a vegetarian to lose 5-10 pounds FAST?
hey im a vegetarian and i need to lose 5-10 pounds in im hoping 2 or 3 weeks. i wanna do it healthily because even as a vegetarian i eat like a food junkie. please help. thanks
