Best ways to lose a lot body fat fast?

so i have some fat in my legs, stomache, back, and arms that i wanna get rid of ( not alot of fat tho!) ive been researching and i need some excecises/ workouts i can do everyday to lose tons of fat. ps... summers coming upsoi wanna look really good before then. (BUT if i dont lose it by summer, over the summer ould he great so i can look good for school. pps.... i think i might have minor celulite, no sure yet though. so if you can please include things i can do to get rid of it ( inthe legs) so please come up with some tips, excercises, and workout plans for meto do everyday, thanks

  2. until you set a goal of how much body fat you want to lose, you are just dreaming. It needs to be specific and written down. If losing body fat is what you want to do, you must be willing to achieve it at all costs. Make cycling and swimming your daily exercise at any cost, as you mentioned summer is coming. it would greatly help to burn your fats down. Try to lessen oily at fatty foods....rely more on fruits for energy and yes lot of water.
