Ways to lose pounds fast

what is the fastest way to lose calories?

ok so im a 13 year old girl, im 5ft 3inches and i weigh 155-160 pounds. i am wanting to weigh about 115-120 so that about 40-45 pounds i need to lose! i powerwalk on our tredmill for 30mins at an incline everyday. i also do active stuff like swimming, ride my horse, jump rope and dance/cheer. i tend to gain muscle really fast and easiely and they say that muscle weighs more than fat does. i dont think that im really FAT i just weigh a lot from all the muscle that i have. so anyway i was wondering what is the fastest way to lose calories?!? my torso-- 30 inches my waist--36 inches my arm just below my shoulder--9 thigh--22 inches calf--14 inches hope that might give you an idea of what size i am. :)

  1. Right when you wake up before you eat anything just grab a bottle of water and go on the treadmill. That is when you can burn the most fat out of any other time of day.
