Hey. So I am a 14 year old girl. I am five foot four. I weigh 151 pounds. I Have fat thighs, fat face, fat arms, and fat tummy. I need to lose weight. Excersise doesnt work for me. So nothing to do with that. I already excersise. (Run a lap a day) I would go onto a diet or something but my parents are all like "NO!" so, is there any way? I can like subtly go on a diet. I tried the anorexia thing, that didnt work, I get hungry very often. I eat very healthy, the doctor just says I have a weird metabolism. So, HOW? I need to do it without my parents noticing, and seriously I am a lazy person. I understand the risks, I am just fed up, so you guys saying "just eat less" or stupid answers like that can shut up, (no offense) but I am literally at the end of my rope. Please! PLEASE! PLEASE!
