Ways to lose pounds fast

i need a way to lose like 20 pounds,but theres a problem?

ok,so i wanna lose like 20 lbs,i am a 16 yr old girl and i way 148 lbs..i do have a lot of muscle but i wanna lose some of my stomach..but the problem is,i tore my acl and i have to have surgery in January,so i cant really do activities like run and all that stuff..so does anyone have any ideas? i really wanna do this

  2. High rep low weight activities, will boost metabolism, also can.you do low impact cardio? Exerciae bikes? Go slow but for a longer time. Plus watchinh calorie intake
  3. if its most muscle then dont worry about it and girl have a little stomach fat for babies so it should be fine...or eat less and healthy foods
  4. Since you cant run you should bike a lot and eat healthy. Do it while you can because after surgery you wont be able to bike till like 2-3 weeks.
