Ways to lose pounds fast

What are some of the ways to lose at least 1 pounds every couple of days?

To get into the army I need to loose at least 15 to 20 pounds (the more the better) and I need to know some ways to lose weight so I can meet the requirements. So what are some of the ways that I could lose weight?

  1. If you only have 15-20 lbs to lose to meet the guidelines then you're probably not very overweight to begin with and are making good choices. Look at your food choices now and cut out the extras: snacks, fast food, sauces, anything sweet and drinks that aren't non-calorie. You probably want to stay fit for the physical testing, so incorporate 45-60 minutes a day of cardio (you can break it up) plus 30 minutes of intense strength training (even isometric).
