I can lose weight rather quickley and gain even faster. But unfortunately i've let my self go into a fat blob. I know i'm overweight and i think is should finally do something about it. I've read tons of articles online but they are mostly for older people and i want to know good ways for kids my age to lose weight. I have gone on a 1200 calorie diet that i started 6 days ago and have been doing 50+ sit ups a day, and have lost 3 pounds, am i on the right track? my goal is to lose 40 pounds or be aorund 120 pounds by mid june, is it possible? can you give me some suggestions on what i can do? and what type of exercises i can do, i know i can fo run/jog but i need more. I also play DDR for an hour everdya now.
