what are unpainful ways to lose 5 pounds?

- cut soda out of your diet. drink lots of water. eat meat only the size of your fist.
- Swim laps, jump rope and run. Swimmimng and jumping rope preferably.
- Don't eat sweets breads potatoes rice sodas anything with flour or sugar, You can easily lose it in a week.

- Walking(especially after you just ate,walk around a bit),dont use the AC too much if its not nessesary, if you're an ice cream fanatic,COVER YOUR EARS when the ice cream man comes..=_=' (ive tried that a few times,but usually end up messing my room looking for $1.25 but you would probably do better ^_^V) and well, dont spend too much time on the internet or TV,try to do exercises.
