Ways to lose pounds fast

im very overweight AND TRYING TO FIND SOME NEW WAYS TO LOSE THE POUNDS . CAN U HELP ME?

  2. whatever you are eating at the moment,try halving it,and drink lots and lots of water.
  3. Some guidelines for losing weight and maintaining physical health at its best: 1. Exercise regularly, for at least half an hour every day. 2. Eat only half stomach full, quarter of it be filled with water and the remaining quarter with air. 3. Do Pranayama, regularly and as much as you can. This cleanses your body and rids it of all toxins we consume. 4. Sleep, but not more than 8 hours a day. And in any case, never get into the napping mode in the afternoon. 5. Be happy. Never carry over any kind of stress, problems, fatigue with you. Hang it all before you retire to bed at night. 6. Try and do physical exertion as and when you can; for eg. you may walk the little distance instead of using a motor vehicle, climbing the stairs instead of using the lift etc. 7. Keep your stomach pulled in always. This will help reduce the tyre around your waist. 8. Keep your posture upright. Shoulder pulled back. Standing and walking erect etc. 9. Be choosy about what you are eating. Avoid junk food. 10. Do not abuse your body with alcohol, nicotine and such other things. It will harm you and may not be able to recover from the habit, once formed. Best Wishes! jk
