i whant to go on a diet because i am 104 pounds what are some good ways to lose some pounds?

- you don't need to lose any weight....but to stay in shape and be healthy just make sure you are getting the right nutrients in your diet and excerise at least 3 times a week

- UNless you are 3' tall - you don't need to lose any weight, and your desire to do so signals a possible eating disorder. You have also asked this question in the PREGNANCY forum - and if you are PREGNANT, now is not the time to start trying to LOSE weight.
- You should just limit your calories and make sure to get lots of exercise. Stay under 1000 calories a day. Stop drinking non diet soda and try to eat foods that aren't fried. Exercise is the most important part if you want your body to look the way you want it. Good luck, and I hope you lose weight.

- Unless you are 2 feet tall, 104 pounds is already too thin. You need to get checked for eating disorders.

- Unless you are 8 years old you are not even close to being overweight. Since you are in the pregnancy forum you REALLY don't want to start a diet.
- The answer to your questions depends on a lot of factors - - your height, frame, health, etc. To lose weight simply for the act of losing it, may not be healthy. Consult your Doctor.

- Unless you are under the age of thirteen, this shouldn't concern you. as you are normal weight. If you are under the age of thirteen then you are already messed up in the head about what women should look like, and you strongly need to talk to your parents so they can get you help or find you some role models.
