What are some ways to lose 2 pounds in 2 weeks, without not eating.?

Look, I need to lose some pounds, and I don't want to give up food. What do I do? By the way, I am not going to the gym!! How do I get down calories? Anyways, what are some foods I can eat that would help me?

If you eat a lot of junk food, then just cut all of that out. A 12 oz soda is 120 calories or so, a candy bar is a few hundred. Cut out the butter, cut your daily bread intake in half, no dessert foods, no juice. Drink water, eat oatmeal, cut back on fat. Lots of ways to cut calories, but keep the good stuff. Get rid of the "white stuff" and replace it with whole wheat (pastas, breads etc.) and watch your portion control (Lean Cuisine, weight watchers meals work becasue they control the amount you eat) Also, you can get exercise without going to the gym
