an easy way for females to lose inches... IT WORKS!?
ok, this is a quick way to lose inches off your waist get a pair of jeans a size lower than your regular (for example- if you are size. 4 jeans, get size 3) do not wear undies, thongs, whatever underneith. it may take a few minutes on the floor to get the jeans on. anyway, wear them for one hour right below your belly button look in the mirror. you should see a red mark where the jeans were. it should hurt a little. if there is no mark in your skin from wearing smaller jeans, get one size smaller! put the jeans back on. now, take off your shirt, bra, and sports-bra. you should have NOTHING except for those pair of tight jeans on. tie up your hair- it can't get in the way! get on the floor. raise your legs up use your stomach muscles to pull you up those jeans should be adding more pain to your stomach! do 800 crunches, then take a 5 minute break feel your waist-- the jeans should be getting more loose! do 800 more-- then a 5 minute break and feel your stomach your stomach should be hurting pretty bad right now-- you should be sweating in your abdominal area. those jeans should be getting less tighter as you continue double the pain--- next, do 1600 crunches wow. you'll feel the difference by putting your finger between your abs and your jeans!! by now, you should feel NASTY. you should be sweating massively, in serious pain, and smelling pretty bad. don't give up-- you're almost there do 1000 more crunches (thats a total of 4600 crunches) and stop. stretch out. feel those jeans now. do they fit? yes!!! thats a quick way (takes 2-3 hours) to lose a FULL pant size!

- i agree, it's the jeans that are getting strethched. There is no easy fix to lose weight...just exercising regularly and eating healthy is the best tonic.

- Um Im sorry but if you can do that many crunches, the jeans have nothing to do with it. Doing 1600 crunches alone is going to make your stomach smaller, not wearing overly tied jeans. Also it is imposible to lose weight in just like an hour and be able to see the difference that quickly. All you are doing is making your belly hurt and the jeans stretch.
- Ok, you are clearly confused. You honestly think that by working yourself into a frenzy by stretching your jeans and cutting your middle in half with a big red indentation mark that you are losing a dress size??? GET REAL!! Fat does not fall off your middle in hours. It takes a decent amount of time to put weight on, and it takes even longer to take it off. The only things you'll lose will be some water retention, and a few layers of skin around your middle.
- I really don't think that works at all. I do think the jeans are stretching but doing 800 crunches is a good way to get a really bad cramp especially if you don't do them regularly.
