What is the best way to lose inches around the waist?
My mom wants to lose inches off her waist by Friday so she can fit back in a dress! She wants to lose weight healthy. Please help her!

- Cardio....running is best. Cut out all junk food and bad carbs. Eat more protein, veggies and only a couple of fruits a day. Stay away from anything processed or in a box. I don't know if she'll lose inches by Friday, it takes a little longer than that.

- Have her do push ups and the plank. Sit ups and side plank. Have her eat less and work out more it will help. Friday is a tough goal though. Cut out the junk food. Cut calories on what she drinks. Switch to water instead of two glasses of milk. Lay off the soda etc.
