ways i can lose 30 pounds?
i need to get back to my old size quick , but the problem is i work 6 days a week so i dont have a chance to go to the gym . i also have a bad bad sweet tooth

- Try and encorporate exersize into your life by doing little things, taking the stairs instead of the escelator or elevator, parking a few blocks away from work and walking or jogging the rest of the way, eat healthy low in fat foods, you can find foods at the grocery store now which still taste good but have reduced calories, or eat fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth it will do your body good, also what about waking up early to go for a jog in the morning or going out for one in the evening or even just a power walk
