Ways to lose pounds fast

More effective way to lose inches will dancing... ?

When dancing... Is it true that the more you move your stomach the more chance you have of losing more inches from it? E.g. Moving your stomach forward, Left, Right, Back and repeat. <<<< Will that work?

  1. I would guess that moving your stomach would tighten the muscles and make you lose inches.
  2. Well... technically if you develop the muscles in that area, you could lose a few inches since the muscles need energy and it will get the energy from the fat. However, if it's already muscles, you'll gain inches (not much though). Dancing is a good cardio exercise, you will get a lean torso and legs. So dance your heart (and fat) away. ^_^
  3. by the way dancing is the better thing to do to lose weight not only in the stomach area but in the whole body it make ur lungs work better and make ur body toning and be flexible and will stretch ur stomach and butt u just need to move like the belly dancer do if u really want to lose weight start now and one day u will thanks me for this advice .good luck .   4. Hi --- good 4 U - you are up & moving thats a sure step in the right direction! Have you seen "HIP HOP ABS" on TV? Now that really works. Fun exercise thats more like dancing-- Tilt-Tuck-Tighten. Check out the infomercial some time I'v seen it -- IT REALLY WORKS -- if U do it right good luck
