What is the best way to lose inches around your midsection FAST?
I wanna lost a couple of inches before school starts which is 2 weeks..help I've been losing weight all summer..but I just want to lose inches in stomach more quickly over the next 2 weeks...I dont work out much so maybe so workout movies or tips

You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. When eating, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times longer than you’re accustom to. This will aid in digestion. Add fiber and organic choices to your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain. Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

- Why did you wait until 2 wks before school started to decide to change your shape? It doesn't happen overnight...do cardio exercise to burn fat from your whole body, and ab and oblique exercises to tone your tummy and waist. If you aren't familiar with those kinds of exercises do a search online for 'ab exercises' (no quotes) and you'll find sites that can explain them and some will even have pictures or video to show you the proper form. Also, the real key is to eat right. Cut out junk food, sweets, fatty foods, sodas, and anything else that is just calories...have something "bad" as an occasional treat if you really love that stuff, but not part of your daily diet. - really, the key to losing weight & inches is: eating five small meals a day (wanna start early in the day - never skipping breakfast- and keeping your metabolism moving all day) of high protein, low carb meals, drinking 1/2 your body weight in oz of water, and exercising. cardio is the best for leaning up. it's really that simple.
- I walk every day and have found that this is an excellent way to tone and the results are instantaneous! If you have a pool available for you to use try swimming laps or widths for about 20 minutes everyday and you will have found another excellent way of toning up. Always eat a small meal beforehand because this gives the fuel to burn of calories and start out slow and gradually work up your endurance when first starting to excercise. Eating five to six times a day about two to three hours apart will help you LOSE weight. Try riding a bike also and good luck!
