- That's a lot of weight to lose in one week! Walking and drinking a lot of water will help you lose some weight. Stay away from sweets, junk food and carbohydrates this week and see how you do. Good luck
- Probably not & if there are. Well, it won't stay off. It's really not healthy to lose more than probably, 3 lbs in a week. Just drink lots of water, exercise for at least 30 minutes every other day, & don't eat like a total pig, & you should drop the lbs off slowly but surely!

- not easy... u can but may not be good for health for a starter... for a beginner, i think it is better to lose starting from 3-4 pounds and gradually increase accordingly.. dun rush :) health more important.
- Try eating only fruit before noon, at lunch have a health salad (watch out for fattenign toppings and meats) eat a healthy dinner (ex: small piece of fish, 1 potato, 1 vegetable) and drink, drink, drink water, water, more water and herbal teas like green tea. Most of the intial weight you loose is all water weight. Be sure to get plenty of fiber in your diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) Aim for two pounds a week. Also get in the habit of exercise. Elliptical machines are a great way to begin!
- Losing more than a few pound (2-3) in a week isn't healthy. Don't starve yourself. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet (fruits, vegetables and meats). Eat as much fresh food as you can, and stay away from microwavable or canned foods. You should do some form of excercise. Walking or riding a bike is a good way to do this. Or you can visit a local gym if that's preferable.
