  2. Cardio or Aerobics. You need to do at least 45 minutes of either 4-6 days a week if you want to start loosing pounds and inches. You should also try to cut calories. Watch your portion size on meals. Don't drink calories. Drink lot of water. Switch to drinking diet soda's rather than regular. Crystal Light is great...try it.
  3. Exercise along with a low fat, high fiber diet.
  4. Well...this is a tough question to answer because: -Everyone's build is different -Everyone's Genetics are different. However, the number one method (and most often ditched method due to impatience and time) would be proper diet (meaning eat very healthy, but not keeping food away from yourself (starvation)) and exercise. You'll see progress if you can follow through with the commitment. It's tiresome, but it works 99.8%
