best way to lose body fat?
Im going on vacation in about 2 months and i want to lose some excess body fat around my stomach and thighs.What would be the best exersise plan?

- Eat fewer calories. If you stay under 1500 calories per day you will lose weight. This will even work if you are living a sedentary (no excersize) lifestyle. If you combine this with excersize, it will work much faster. Good luck!!
- You can't selectively lose fat (i.e. target your stomach and thighs). The best plan is to eat very healthy, get in a good 30-45 min cardio 3 times/week and do some strength training to increase muscle (which means burning more fat). You will burn fat however your body sees fit, but you CAN do more stomach and thigh exercises to increase muscle tone.
- hey kristen. when i want to loose body weight i just do pilates,yoga and ride my mike jog even if its raining acuily thats the best time to do it, i love the rain! or you can be like my mother and go to the gym or like my friends aunt whos on weight watchers. - best way to lose body fat? well... just try not to find it.
- get fitnes tapes like billy blanks and eat about 1500 calories a day but make those calories count . I'm talking vegetarian diet fruits and veggies no pops or sodas and few meats. Fruits are healthy and can keep you fu longer.
