  1. walk

  3. you need to eat fruits and veggies, cut down on junk food, you must exersice too. good luck
  4. Eat smaller portions and ride your bike around the block a few times every night.
  5. Exercise. The best way is to eat healthy. Stay away from boxed foods like Cheez its and snack foods like chips. Cardio at the gym is good mixed with some weight training. Drink lots of water too.
  6. sorry to say so, but if you want to loose weight in a healthy way, your going to have to eat fruits and vegetables. try to find some that you like. also i've heard that drinking water helps too. i have a hard time with that one myself though, but if your really motivated to loose a few pounds, you can do it i think. also, exercise a bit more. like you can walk to and from school, its not too much on the body and it does help. try to eat less candy, chocolate, fats, etc. im not saying stop compleately, because that can be hard, but if you eat a lot of that, try eating a bit less of each of them, like have candy once every couple of weeks, meat on moderate amounts and not too often and with vegetables on the side, maybe a salad. if you keep this up for a few months, if you got the right metabolism weeks, you'll have lost some weight and you'll still be healthy.
  7. Well First Off U Should Know That Losing Weight(However Much) Is Hard So U Gotta Be Persistent & Determined Because U Can Get Real Discouraged Easily When U Don't See The Weight Drop Off Drastically. 1) Drink All Water & Low Calorie Drinks Such As Propel, Gatorade, Powerade, & Thinks As Such. Don't Get Hundreds Of Calories Just By Liquid Intake. 2)Cut Out The Majority Of Sweets Or Salty Things That You Don't Need Because I Know Healthy Stuff Is A Little Pricey & May Not Be In Your Budget So If You Have To Eat Salty Foods Or Things As Such Don't Eat Large Quantities Of It. Basically If It's Not Something That If I Don't Eat This Than It's Not No Other Option Than Do It But Not If Neccesary Like A Twix( Not Neccesary) 3) Burn More Than U Consume. Since U Would Need To Burn Thirty-Five Hundred(3500) Calories 2 Lose A Pound. I Would Suggest 500 Calories a Day Which Is 1 Pound A Week(I Know It Seems Like A Little But It's Just The Statistics). But U Could Lose 20 To 30 Pounds A Month( I Know A Lot Of People That Have) Depending On How Fast You Lose Weight & How Hard You Train. 4) To Lose Weight U Could Go Outside & Run, Stay Inside & Do Crunches, Pushups, Run In Place, & Etc. . It's Numorous Things U Could Do But U Would Know What U Wanna Do Better Than Anybody. Just Pick Your Hobbies Whether It Be Anything From Boxing To Jump Roping . Because If You Just Go Running Or Something & Don't Have Somebody To Do It With Or Have An Mp3 Or Something You Will Get Bored Or Something & Not Want To Do It Anymore. Whatever It Is Just Make Sure Your Moving & Burning Calories 5) & Last Of All Maybe Every Once A Month If You See Good Progress Eat An Item Or 2 That U Enjoy Because If You Just Eat Healthy & Nothing You Enjoy You'll Want To Stop So Indulge In An Item You Like Every Once or Twice A Month But Don't Get Carried Away & Destroy All Your Good Progress GOOD LUCK
  8. 1) Load up on fresh fruits & veggies every day. They are low Cal compared to other foods & high in fiber & water content which, for one thing, helps to flush those other "fattening" foods out of your system faster so they have fewer chances to roost on your hips and backside. You body needs fruits & veggies whether you like to eat them or not. As long as your body isn't getting the water, fiber and nutrients what it needs in your diet... it will just send your brain signals to keep eating in the hopes that eventually it will get what it needs. 2) Drink lots of water. Many people over eat not because they are actually hungry but because they are thirsty. Our bodies use a lot of water for many different things and again, if it doesn't get what it needs...it will just send your brain signals to keep eating in the hopes that eventually it will get what it needs. Most diet sodas, as well as the so-called "energy drinks", etc have a lot of salt & caffeine in them, which is almost as bad for you as regular soda pop...if you are dieting. (Salt causes you to retain "water weight" which makes you think you're not losing weight on a diet.) Try one of assorted "Diet Rite" soda flavors if you really want to drink a soda pop. Read labels and learn to avoid things with high levels of salt and empty calories. 3) Get a partner and walk 3 miles every other day. If your community doesn't have a 3 mile walk trial, map out your own route in your neighborhood. Start out slow, always do stretch exercises before you start, take as many rest breaks as you need, drinking lots of water along the way. Gradually pick up your pace over several monthes until you can walk the full 3 miles in under an hour with maybe only one rest stop half way through. Always rest a day in between your walks so that your new muscle tissue has a chance to grow. Friends tell me that riding a bike gets you the same leg/butt work out in less time. Hmmm? . The main thing is to find a rountine that you are comfortable doing and WILL do. Work-out gyms make their biggiest profits from members who sign up for a year but then quit after a few weeks or monthes because the exercises were just too much. Sarvation diets (less then a 1,000 Cals a day) are not healthy and will send you back to the ice cream & snack foods in no time flat. So clean up your eating habits and find an exercise rountine you have fun doing.
  9. Have you considered just dating a black guy? Whatever processed foods you eat (crackers, white bread, junk food), replace them with vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli). Whatever fruit "drinks" or juices you drink, replace them with the actual fruit! Try to eat all day, every 2-3 hours. Get some slim fast bars or ensure shakes to fill in the gaps when you can't have real food. Then, EXERCISE! Eat more real foods, move more, eat less processed junk.
