Easiest Way to lose body fat and pounds?

im a teen and in the beginning of the summer i weighed 146 but now i weigh 136. i lost the pounds by excercising on the tremill for 30 mins-1 hour but im not seeing a change in the way my jeans fit what should i do and how to lose more

  2. You have to do other exersises other then running. What you are doing is working the same sets of muscles and are not working on the other parts of your body. You also need to eat lots of protien.

  4. If you have access to the gym, you need to start lifting weights. It will really help sculpt your lower body. Crunches are also really good.
  5. Keep using the treadmill, but use other things too, they're all meant for different things, losing fat, gaining muscles, getting toned.. You should see a difference =]
  6. Exercise a lot. Don't use the diet pills or the nutrisystem. It will take a while but you will lose some pounds.
  7. Start walking everyday and when you get out of school or before you go to school. That is how I lost most of my wieght arouind my hips and thighs.
  8. Congratulations on a job well done! I suggest, that since you are motivated enough to hit the treadmill, then do some cross-training. If you are a member of a gym, use their elliptical or take spinning or step classes or better yet swimming (warning, swiming for an hour WILL make you hungry, so try to bring a power bar afterwards to quell the hunger pangs). If you are not, hit the road for some walking, biking or running. I tend to walk 30 minutes after dinner just to tease my metabolism. Don't worry too much about the pant-size. I used to be pretty-overweight and obssess about calories and dress sizes. Then I stopped thinking about it, I was happier and well, healthier.
  9. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

  11. Aerobic exercise is a must, eat smaller portions. you could also try slim-fast (along with exercise) which fills you up, but isn't fattening and doesn't have much sugar. also cut down on condiments and dressing.
