  6. Drink plenty of water. Eat in moderation. Smaller meals with snacks in between. Try to keep it healthy. But at the same time, reward yourself every now and then. Don't deprive yourself of chocolate all the time. And EXERCISE. Do some form of exercise everyday even if it's just a 15 minute walk. Good LUCK

  10. You get body fat by excess calories being stored in the body as fat. Therefore, you have to expend more than you take in. In other words....exercise and burn off calories. And don't eat more than your body needs to maintain itself.

In a way that doesnt do long term damage to you or your body. no.1 Is to look very honestly at your current diet, what you actually eat each day and to reduce your intake by a small amount. no.2 exercise, you have to find a form of excercise that you can enjoy and one which will make you breathless (increase heart rate) and make you swet. Cariovascular work outs such as dance, or step aerobics, circuit training or running (not just lite jogging). You need to excerise atleast x3 times a week over a sustained period of time, probably 6month to 1 year. If you do this then yes! you will definately see changes to your body shape and size but it has to be done slowly over a long time.   12. I tried everything to lose fat including going to the gym have you noticed how many people who are really working up a sweat still have fat over their muscles. I tried toning tables. I tried running. And I tried slimming pills. Then a friend suggested taking amino acids three times a day.
