How to lose body fat fast?
Hi i am 15 years old and im been havin trouble with my body. i can feel the abs but i dont see them. ive done research and they say i need 2 lose body fat.does any one know how 2 lost body fat the fastes way

- well, exercise is important. but to be honest, cutting portions may be even more important. everything you eat, leave a fourth of the meal or snack out. i lost 6 pounds in 15 days because i did that. and then do a lot of crunches, they burn up that belly fat like mad.

- These is no instant cure to lose body fat, if you do try to starve your body will lose lean muscle and store the fat, and you will never get it off. If your body thinks it's starving, it goes in to protective mode and stores fat for later use. The only proper way is a diet of healthy food, portion control, and yes sometimes a cookie or a treat, but don't over do it. Maybe once a week a cheat day, say as in Friday. Then be good the rest of the time with lots of veggies, some meat, some bread. Even stuff like Egg Beaters and low fat English muffins for breakfast, Cottage cheese and fruit for lunch, even a lean turkey sandwich on low. cal bread. You have to do it smart or it won't last, you want to change your way of eating for life, so it will stay off and you will feel better and be healthier. Good Luck.
- dude. you're fifteen. you're going through that that period known as puberty. just excercise. and everyone has a little hard pack going for them in their abs. it's just whether or not you can see it. it's all about the look that girls care about. just do some more crunches to get that buildin'. and you'll be fine for your next pool party oh yeah. and don't listen to that woman on top. they're women. all they care about is getting skinny. you need to eat to get more protein to grow muscles and grow in hieght. learn from the best and thats me. peace out
- What you need to do is stop obsessing about your body, you're only 15 and not fully developed yet. 15 year olds should not need to lose weight, try concentrating on your personality instead, that's what the girls really go for.

If you eat the flesh of animals you are eating body fat and cholesterol....I would suggest researching a vegan way of eating...it is the most healthy, and if you cut sugar (white sugar, artificial sweeteners, and high fructose corn syrup) out of your diet you will feel so much better and have no junk food cravings at all. - You cant lose body fat fast. During starvation the body holds on to fat for as long as it can. Your body breaks down muscle first and uses enegy from that. Your fat stores are the last to be used. Various diets now available but avoid unhealthy ones which subscribe to meal replacements with "nourishing drinks containing essential vitamins and minerals" Dangerous way to go as all you are doing is going on a starvation diet and just replacing fluid. You are burning up muscle which could lead to a build up of ketones (breakdown products of muscle) which will make you quite ill and give you bad breath too. As you already know, eat less, eat more healthy food and exercise 2-3 x week so that you burn off more calories than you cosume. Avoid anything with saturated fats. You should not aim to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. If you lose more than this, you will probably regain all of this and more when you finish your "diet". You should not think of wt loss as going on a diet but a change in the way you eat. Dont go for any fads, just modify your diet slowly and sensibly, switching to the healthier options. You know how to do it, you know its hard but theres only one sensible way of doing it and it does not involve any form of "diet" Perseverance will pay dividends in the long term.
- you need to be careful on what your eating, try to eat healthy cut out the sweets n fizzy drinks they do not do anything good at all, also a lot of excercising like sit ups will do the trick because you will become more toned

- Drink Green tea in the morning and in the afrernoon and drink water throughout the day and stay active and you will see and feel a noticable difference in a week. A lot of people tend to over cook the green tea thats how you get that bitter taste so whatch out for that. People think i work out but i dont i drink green tea and im sexy as hell.
