What is the best way to lose calories?

I have a little bit of flab around my abs and I know that if I lose calories the flab will somewhat dissipate, But in order for that to happen I need to lose calories. I would like to know the fastest way, and it doesn't matter how hard cuz I can take it. And if you want you can add how to lose flab around the obliques to.

  1. Running is the exercise that burns the most calories. Next brisk walking, then swimming and so on......... I hate to say it- but good ol' fashion sit-ups/push-ups/chin-ups also burns a lot of calories as well as doing wonders for toning. Good Luck!
  2. Put cupcakes somewhere were you will forget them. Once they are lost, so are the calories they contain.
