What is the best way to lose calories?
I have a little bit of flab around my abs and I know that if I lose calories the flab will somewhat dissipate, But in order for that to happen I need to lose calories. I would like to know the fastest way, and it doesn't matter how hard cuz I can take it. And if you want you can add how to lose flab around the obliques to.

- Running is the exercise that burns the most calories. Next brisk walking, then swimming and so on......... I hate to say it- but good ol' fashion sit-ups/push-ups/chin-ups also burns a lot of calories as well as doing wonders for toning. Good Luck!
- Put cupcakes somewhere were you will forget them. Once they are lost, so are the calories they contain.
