Ways to lose pounds fast

sorta easy ways to lose wait?

k im not like super fat or anything but im heavier and i would like to lose some pounds are there any easier ways to lose wait without having to count calories and crap like that cuz its kinda hard to do that at school any ways i eat salad so it doesnt really matter, but thats not the point, lol. any who are there any easier ways to drop a couple??? ooh yah and kinda hard to exercise this time of the year. (i live in minnesota)

  1. The best way is to find a sport or physical activity that you really enjoy doing. Maybe join a winter basketball league or something of the sort. If team sports aren't your bag, you can try running or cycling/mtn biking, or cross country skiing since you're in Minnesota.
  2. take two green tea tablets every day (they are cheap and very healthy and nutritional) eating salads helps a lot, they flush out the other stuff you eat and keep you regular jumping jacks and jumping side twists give excellent results for five minutes of exercise daily, they are easy, don't require you to go outside, and you can tell a real difference in the mirror
  3. make your self puke i know its bad but if you dont want to put time and effort into doing something good for your body..theres your answer. be lazy and do it the easy way =D
  4. You can still go for a walk in the snow; go ice skating; shovel the snow; get some exercise tapes and workout at home; park at the very outside edge of the lot when going to the store; drinks lots of water and eat high fiber foods. low carbs and low fat. There's no way to lose meaningful weight and keep it off without putting forth some effort in watching your diet and exercising. Sorry, there's no magic bullet. And, what works for one may not work for another. But, good luck with what you find works for you.
