Whats the easist way to lose 30 calories at home?

- do pressups and situps continuously for 10 minutes non-stop that should do it do as many pressups/pushups as you can then do as many situps as you can then keep changing for 10 minutes
- Don't take a drink from your soda can?? 30 calories is very minute.... do you mean pounds?
- Run up and down the stairs for a few minutes.
- Well I probably lose a lot more than that running up and down my stairs for stuff I've forgotten, but other than that you can do push-ups/sit-ups or maybe jumping jacks if you've got the space.

- Get a rag and clean your baseboards. I think of ways to loose calories and do something else i need to do 2 kill 2 birds
- I would say working out while doing something you enjoy. Like running while watching television.
- the eastiest way to burn 30 calories in home { if ure in a flats } just climb the stairs from the ground floor till the fourth floor or how many every floors u have and then climb back again repeat this and time ure self ull be amazed.....
- a few situps maybe? Who cares! If you're worried about this few calories. Mabe you should just chill out and eat some choccy or get some help!
- Clean something in your house that requires movement like vacuuming or dusting.
- treadmill or run around the house or watch some body electric on TV (PBS) its a great way to lose calaries.
- hahahahahah 30 calories? not much ambition. ummm definitely do jumping jacks! they work out your whole body. do 300 jumping jacks.
- You can just sit on the couch and watch TV. I found a link where it says how many calories you can lose while watching 15 minutes of TV.
- The easiest way, is by eating a lot less of the things that aren't good for you: Fried/Fatty food and Chocolate and Sweets -Perhaps cutting some out altogether. Give up Alcohol -its very high in Calories. At the same time, you need to use up more calories. Walk places, instead of catching a bus (provided its not a very long distance). Start an energetic sport, perhaps Swimming (1 hour, twice a week) Or a ball game: like tennis or squash! Keep a diary of your progress, and weigh yourself every 2-3 days, but not every day.
- I would suggest just eating healthy. Your already burning calories with everything that you do(walking...etc). You can try cutting out sweets,sodas,fast food and cooking healthy. Have you ever seen the Abs Diet book? I really like it, it has really good information on diet. After all if your goal is just to lose a little weight it all starts with exercise.
