- It most certainly is....it's a very good exercise. Eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly and it will come off.

- Any workout that gets your heart rate up will help burn calories.
- it is OK.....but not the best way....you just cannot jump rope for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. This will give you a total aerobic benefit of exercise and burn much more calories. Jumping rope is a good supplemental exercise, but probably not a primary exercise.
- definetly. If you jump rope nonstop for 10minutes or more 2 weeks straight at least you will feel so much healthier
