  3. swimming is one of the most calorie burning intensive sports and it works your entire body boxing is a close second along with rowing then its biking and gardening, sex and walking not sure if the last 3 are in order but those would be things you do for fun, regardless.

  5. HERE IS THE SECRET: 1. Eat a big breakfast. 2. Eat a carrot or a some other vegetable every three hours. 3. Eat a total of three meals a day 4. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!! (your body goes into starvation mode and the next time you eat, which will most likely be Junk food, your body will turn it into fat and store it in your belly and hips because your body does not know when it is going to be fed again). 5. If you ate a meal and you still feel hungry, drink a glass of water. you should always drink a glass of water before you eat and a glass of water after you are done eating. 6. Stop drinking Soda/pop drinks completely, no diet drinks allowed! 7. 15 minutes prior to eating start your metabolism by eating a spoon full of peanut butter. Usually it takes your mind 15 minutes to tell your body its full. When you hit the first sensation of being full stop eating. Also chewing your food for a little longer will help you curb your hunger and help your digestion. 8. The most important thing is DO NOT EAT 3 HOURS BEFORE BED TIME. 9. Also, the Human body requires at least 30 minutes of mild (walking) to medium (jogging) intensity workout 7 days a week . If for some crazy reason you don't have 30 minutes to spare, then do a 15 minute run, if you can't do that either do a 10 minute run (high intensity). 10. Last but not least, Improve your posture. Stand up straight, because you can work on your abs for 30 minutes a day everyday for the rest of year but it will not make a difference if you slouch over all day. 11. Reward yourself, this should be fun. At the end of every week that I followed these objectives, I ate a pint of Ice Cream or drank a coke.

  7. I always lose weight when I have good sex. As a matter of fact, I lose weight when I have bad sex. Swimming really isn't a good way to lose weight because the body needs the fat to sustain bouyancy. This will encourage fat storage actually. I do lose weight when I walk. But sex takes less time. You can be killed riding a bike, I've proved that many times. Gardening or any yard work can help lose weight. Actually, housework can help lose weight. Out of all of your selections, I have to say that sex is the best way to lose wieght.

Only eat until the hunger goes away. Rule 4. Stay Hydrated, you'll need it. Rule 5. Rule of thirds; Warm up(forplay), Work Out(crazy sex), Relax(cuddling). Rule 6. Work out every day! Rule 7. Hit all the major muscles, and the minor ones. Don't try to do everything in one session. Rule 8. Appropriate attire. Rule 9. Know your equipment. Rule 10. Are your Carzy! there aren't ten rules! Thats way to many rules!
