whats the quickest way i can burn calories to lose 17 pounds a month and i need really really good tips plz?

- Run, don't eat out, and DON'T drink anything but water! Eat natural foods for your meals: grilled chicken, veggies, pork, anything lean and with low sodium seasoning.
- if you live in the hot air, just jog around a little bit until you break a sweat and then just do your favorite exricese, (basketball, or some thing where you run) (wear sweats even if it is hot)
- Ask your doctor about the "Soup Diet" for heart patients. You can loose 12-20 pounds in a week, but your doctor'll know if you need to be on it or not.
- Start out doing 20-25 minutes of cardio activity each day (continuous jogging is best) and work your way up to doing more time each day. Also cut back on your caloric intake. 500 less calories a day is a good idea but more than that is unhealthy

- that's a lot of weight to try loose in a month...gentle exercise for a start...don't over do it...if you don't reach your goal of 17lbs per month don't get put off....cut down on the food for starters...no sweets, cakes, crisps, AT ALL.... try fish, salads, fruit....lots of veg...carbohydrates is what you need...plenty of them....go for a brisk walk....no point walking if you don't get your heart rate to increase...but don't over do it....you will find it gets easier as you progress....lie on your back...put your hands on the sides of your head....lift your shoulders off the floor...you don't have to go far...just up a couple of inches...DO NOT pull your head up with your hands....they should only gently touch your face...pull your stomach down before the lift with your muscles....then breath out as you raise you shoulders off the floor...breath in as you come back down....do 10...wait 90 seconds...do it again....do it 6 times or as many as you can manage...just don't hurt yourself...if you feel any discomfort then stop.....i really hope you can do it son....good luck.....p.s you got to cut down on what you eat ..that's the most important thing....healthy food doesn't always taste that good...its like medicine...horrible but good for you...all the best kid

Third Day * Breakfast - 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 banana, 1 small apple * Lunch - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice dry toast * Dinner - 1 cup of tuna, 1/2 cup red beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup cantaloupe or frozen mixed fruit, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
