Hey everyone, I got a view question and was just wondering if anyone could help me. I want to watch what I eat so I was wondering how many calories a healthy person is suppose to take in a day? How many calories does a healthy person is suppose to eat in one sitting(one meal). This is a weird question but how do you calculat the calories from one meal to another meal? Whats the best foods to eat? I've been running mosly everyday since that's the best way to lose calories and I've been drinking plenty of water.
