- Try "Lipotomy AQP" on Yahoo.com . Amazing results with protein diet !
- I suggest you check out www.oa.org - 65lbs isn't just a couple of pounds, and it can really help to have support with food issues. Also- I suggest you don't say "lose" - people look for things they lose! I suggest you say "I am taking off weight" instead. Good luck!
- Do as much exercise as you are comfortable with, and cut your calorie intake. If your diet is deficient from consumption by 500 calories a day, you will lose a pound a week, and that is a safe rate that you can continue indefinitely.
- Hello there...firstly well done for wanting to shift the weight :-) my partner and I both wanted to get rid of 6 stone and we went on the GI diet as he's a diabetic and it helps maintain sugar levels in the body...when we first started, we thought we were doing well losing a couple of pounds a week and that was eating double what we were allowed to!...just shows how much we ate before :-( As far as exercise is concerned...we had an exercise bike and a treadmill and we did a half hour on each every day...start off with a speed above how you would usually walk and then add the inclines...you'll find that gradually increasing the inclines won't hurt your legs as much and so you'll feel more inclined to do it every day :-) with the bike-just put it in front of the tv and I promise you'll hardly recognise you're exercising :-) or put on some music or something and walk/cycle to a fast beat. Once you're happy with the cycling and walking we started Pilates and Yoga to try and tone up the flabby skin and boy did it work-we've been able to keep the weight off and we've now got a healthy way of eating that doesn't break the budget every week :-) Really good luck and I hope that it helps :-)
