- Drinking a lot of water and taking vitamins is good for both illness and weight loss. Exercise as much as you feel comfortable doing; but be careful or you may prolong your cold.
- Take it easy when you are sick. Allow yourself to rest and eat as normal. Your body needs some TLC now and when you are back to full speed, continue with your routine.
- You should focus on getting better for right now, worry about exercising after you get over your cold. You need to rest right now, so no, I don't reccomend exercising
- water and vitamins
- Well I agree with the guy, but you got to think as well to like how much water your supposed to drink in a day, what to eat, etc.. Well make sure you drink 1/3 of you body weight, and eat healthy, because just eating sweets, meat and working out wont make you loose weight make sure to eat a well balanced diet everyday and work on you social, mental, and physical health. Make sure to jog, do sit ups, push ups, etc... everyday, and you don't need a gym to be physically fit. There's more information, and articles on my website feel free to check it out. - Light excerice. When i played football a heavy work-outs out helped me to lose the cold.
- My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website http://www.greatiguide.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
