I know like a million people ask but... good ways to lose weight for holidays?
Yeah a bet this question is common but hey, you get points for answering. Whats is a good way to lose a bunch of weight before the holidays? My goal is unrealistic, so I'll just take whatever I can get. I know diet and exercise, but is there anything that can help shed the pounds faster (but no pills)? I've cut my calories and fats and I'm trying to exercise more but whatever tips you guys have would be great. I would just love to have a better figure when I visit my family for Christmas. Thanks! (Please no saying I should be okay with how I am, because everybody knows we live in a world where looks do matter.)

- I personally am a cross country and an army patron and the best way to lose weight is to have self-discipline.. you have to watch what you eat but not count calories.. thats too meticulous and thats why it never works.. be very careful about ordering fast food.. even the salads arent that good for you. but most importantly excersice. if your not a runner then jog or walk. anything works, if there is a health club near you go there and excersise a little bit... GOOD LUCK! I hope you get the results you want!
- i hope u have started already..of course u should be excersizing at least an hour a day..walk, dance, jog, anything to get excersize..drink lots of liquids and stay far far far away from any thing that will ruin your success..

- get rid off all junk food have just a little sweets for holiday but make sure they low in calories make healthy deserts like this is kind of junky but ice cream in a cu and put genial and fruits
- By a bunch of weight I assume you mean over 10lbs. First of all, it is not safe to do this, not only health wise but because once you get off the regime that made you loose all that weight quick, you will GAIN IT ALL back very FAST. If you wanted to loose a lot of weight by the holidays, you should have started back in the summer. Best advice is to just slowly loose it, 1-5 lbs a week is not too bad, 2-3 lbs a week is more realistic.
- Here's a good way to relax and lose weight at the same time. Get in a sauna. Sweat it off while you relax without eating. Drink plenty of water and eat as much raw fruit and vegetables as you can. Drink a glass of water with apple cider vinegar (1 to 2 tsps.) in it before you eat. Try not to snack on anything but raw fruits or vegies. Celery sticks are real satisfying and taste good if you get fresh ones (preferably organic). If you can, eat apples, oranges, pears, mangoes and any other fruit or vegie you may like. Try a new one that you have never tried before. It's a lot less work to eat raw foods. Only eat 6 to 10 nuts at a meal. Drink fresh juice over canned juice... The less processed the best. I have started walking or kinda running to a lot of places that I used to drive to. I take stairs over elevators when possible... Have fun while you lose any extra pounds you want to lose. Don't eat within 3 hours of going to bed unless it is very low calorie... An apple, light salad, etc. makes a nice evening snack...
