Ways to lose pounds fast

do we lose any calories by going to the bathroom or is "burning" it the only way?

  1. anything you do uses up calories, including doing nothing at all. any internal organ function, any exercise, sitting down, sleeping, will all use calories, just to varying degrees.
  2. sleeping for an hour burns 75 calories, why bother peeing?

  4. Yes, all of the waste as feces inside your body weigh about five lbs. If you do a fast, you get rid of a lot of waste deposits, not just burn fat. it is gross to think about it, but five lbs of poop is a lot to have inside you. Just the way the body works.
