Ways to lose pounds fast

Effective ways to lose weight????

Okay i'm 5'4 and 206 pounds, i used to weight 173 pounds and waist size of 34 inches, then i got pregnant and went up to 234 pounds and my waist is now 39 inches. I lost the first 30 pounds within two weeks after giving birth, but now i am stuck. I really want my old body back, i am eating healthy, cut back on the calories, i started going back on my ellipitcal and i started using my husbands bowflex again. My doc gave me the okay to start working out a week ago, and i started right away. But i havent lost anything yet, and id like to know what else i can do to help lose the fat, plus it would make me feel better once i get down to my old weight again and to my overall goal of 130, and it would give me more energy. But im not sure what else i can do to help burn the fat.

  1. go to ballys. you will get a free session with personal trainer. They'll tell you what to do
  2. join a pregnancny workout class or look up workout DVD's for pregnant woman, like Denise Austin's Fit and firm pregnancy which is supposed to be good.
  3. Its awesome that you are really motivated to do this... the key thing to remember is to stay discplined and to never get discouraged because this isn't a short term fix -- you'll understand once hit a certain point...[from my experience...i lost a lot of weight] keep track of what you eat...then eliminate everything that doesn't help...processed carbs, cheese, fried foods, cookies...meats... drink lots of water [aim for a gallon a day, your muscles are mostly water and you need water to burn fat] eat lots of fruit and vegetables...when start craving something to eat....eat fruit or vegatables or drink water... eat kashi [you can get these at trader joe's] they are ideal for healthy lifestyle... lift weights before your cardio you'll burn more fat... make sure dinner is your last meal...no snacking afterwards...work out in the morning if possible...you'll burn more calories... DO NOT starve yourself...if you're taking in less than 1300-1500 calories your body will think it is in a starving state and will conserve your fat stores and start breaking down your muscles [they are less complex for the body to destroy] and you need muscle to burn fat... you should not have to do more than an hour of cardio a day if you follow the above guidelines...remember water is key...keep the cardio fun and challenging ....you can do cardio up to six days a week be sure to take a day from working to recover...eat something you crave once in a while just dont overindulge... before you eat something that may no be healthy just ask yourself "how does this help me reach my goal?" in most instances you can talk yourself out of it and eat some fruit...[apple pies dont count :)] dont binge diet. dont waste your money on dietary supplements....they are scams to take you rmoney...once you stop with the supplements and diets and return to your normal lifestyle youll gain the weight back...my experience remember discipline is the womb of success....keep it fun... best of luck. you can do this and you will...
