what is the fastest and healthest way to lose 25-30 pounds?
i want to lose 25-30 pounds and the faster i see results the more motavated i will be, i just dont want to go on a fad diet or go about it in an unhealty way. so what would my diet plan need to be along with my work out plan? any suggestions would help alot!
