Ways to lose pounds fast

how to lose 30 pounds, fast?

im currently at 150. i wanna lose 30 pounds are there any ways i can do this fast? im talking about 2-3 weeks not 1 day. thanks.

  1. 2-4 lbs a week is prob more healthy than 10 lbs a week.
  2. I dont think that you could lose that much weight that fast in a safe way, but in about 3 weeks, you could safely lose half of that. I would suggest limiting your oils and fats intake and eat lots of vegetables and lean protein. Limit your calorie intake to 2000 calories a day and keep track of what you eat. Also, exercise at least 30 minutes per day to help the weight melt off your body. Good luckk =)!
  3. I don't know that it's healthy to lose that much weight that quickly, but I can tell you that I lost 5 pound in one week by eating lots of beef stew with no pasta and drinking fruit juice. I pretty much had that all week and a Special K protein bar for breakfast and no exercising, and the weight just came off. Make sure you talk with your doctor though.
