  1. eat small portions with low amnts of fat and drink alot of water between meals. eat low carb bread tooo
  2. I have a friend who took TrimSpa and lost like 26 lbs in a month. But she wasn't eating and was on the treadmill about 2 hrs a day. It didn't seem too safe, but if it's an "emergency"...
  3. i lost 13 pounds in less then a mouth by running the track and lifting its work for me it should work for you
  4. Well the best thing i suggest you do is dont eat after 6 the latest 7 p.m. because any later than that you go straight to sleep and dont digest properly. Also eat lots of greens and excerice best in the morning to start your day. Vitamins dont really help unless you excercise anyway so i suggest walking eating greens and eating early and no cheating with midnight snacks lol Good Luck!
  5. 20lbs in 3 months is the best I can offer. sorry.
  6. Balance your diet. Have small portion of lean meat. Buy fresh and frozen vegetables and fruit. Eat three servings of vegetables and have a piece of fruit. 2or 3 crackers with cheese. Skim Milk. Exercise. I did this on several occasions and lost at least ten lbs and more in a month. I hope you like veggies.
  7. 10 pounds, maybe. 20? You'll make yourself sick or worse. This is a project you should want to have started a lot sooner. To lose a pound, you have to expend 3500 more calories than you eat. So, first, figure out your daily caloric requirements. No cheating! http://www.annecollins.com/calories/calorie-needs-women.htm You have a month. Four weeks, 2.5 pounds per week. Eat 8,750 (3,500 x 2.5) calories less each week than you calculated you will burn in seven days. That's 1,250 fewer calories each day. My burn rate is 1,715 per day, so knocking off 1,250 would be, well, pretty unpleasant. So up your activity rate -- reasonably. It will all be for nothing if you end up in traction! All of this presupposes that you are healthy and have had a physical fairly recently. This is important! Trying to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks is potentially dangerous. There are some really great foundation garments for sale these days, smooth out all the bumps. Maybe 5 pounds and a shopping trip?? Good luck, and have a great time at your reunion. You will when you see all the other folks who wish they had lost a few pounds sooner, too.
  8. No fat-no salt diet. Just boiled chicken breast (without skin). divide 1 kilo into eight servings (meals) with 1 slice of wheat bread for the whole day for 6 weeks. drink water only. Guaranteed that you will loose 10- 20 lbs in 6 weeks. No cheating please!
  9. The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better: *1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities. Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight: Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. *2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. 11. Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!
