- There's a little thing called eating right. There is also a thing called exercise. Have you heard of it?
- I've started a diet that's been working pretty good for me. I refuse to eat anything but vegetables after noon. Before noon, everything else is fair game. It's been relatively easy to stick too and seems to be effective.
- well you could either starve yourself or eat one meal a day. or do it the good way with diet and exercise
- invest in the British stock market...
- Excersize by doing intervals...this is when you do cardio. for example try walking fast for a lap then jog for two laps then try running as fast as you can for 20 seconds. Do this for 20 minutes and you will burn calories fast, this is what most trainers recomend. Learn by looking up Interval Training on the internet!
- i seen on the news that a good way to lose pound is to go to the pool. if you do certain exercises in the water it will help out alot
- i just had a baby 2 months ago, before i had her i weighed in at 208, im down to 155 now. the thing to do is to eat right, first n foremost. stick to about 1500 calories per day. and make sure they are good foods, not junk. u have to burn on average 3500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat. the next thing to do is to drink a TON of water. more then 64 ozs. it helps keep ur appetite at bay, and its good 4 u. the next thing is to start exercising. do cardio at least 4 times a week, and do weight training at least 3 times. muscles burns twice as many calories as fat. and that doesnt mean u can never eat anything good, just cut back and try a healthier alternative. instead of choc. ice cream, try low fat vanilla yougurt. less calories n still tastes great! 1 more thing, cutting out n not eating is going to backfire. it causes ur metabolism to slow down so anything u eat will be stored as fat and u wont lose. the few pounds u might lose will come right back once u start eating. so dont do it!

- I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 11 pounds and 16 inches in 9 days. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck!

- The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better: *1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities. Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight: Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. Here are two articles on how to break through a weight loss plateau: http://www.webmd.com/content/article/86/99147.htm http://www.webmd.com/content/pages/18/102117.htm *2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement. Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water.
