I want a way lose 45 pounds that doesn`t cost any money.?
You know just tips,I won`t be able to clean out my pantry or any thing like that,just something that would help.I figured if I get a good amount of tips I could combine them to lose wieght.thanx.

- How about exercising, like jogging or weights, or yoga. All is free if you do it in your house.
- Okay, 45 pounds is a lot of weight. Start with a lower amount and set your goal to how many pounds you want to lose a week. I read some thing online about limiting your meals to a small portion and do not eat meat or any fats. Try to find other ways to get your iron. As well, seperate every time you eat to every three hours. It works! I lost weight =]

- I have to lose 36 and as you don't know what to do. But, I usually go jogging for half and hour and the rest is walking at fast pace. Oh, and don't take snacks. I mean like junkfood. It may look like if doesn't hurt you but it does.
- well you have to clean out your pantry of all the junk food. If you don't want to do that you don't want to lose weight. YOu can work out all day long but then eat crappy over proccessed food and see no results. Try getting healthy fruits, and meals to eat keep your calories around 1500 a day and your fat not that high. Stop eating fast food and junk and some walking 20 mins a day...you will lose weight perhaps not 45 pounds but something.

- Do some walking whenever you can. Park further out in parking lots, etc. Don't use elevators. Get a good bathroom scale and weigh yourself as soon as you get up every morning. Make a chart or graph, and once a week enter your new weight on the graph. Aim for only losing a pound a week. Eat more protein and less sugars and starches -- just slightly smaller portions will do. Oh -- and before you weigh yourself in the morning, go to the bathroom -- every ounce helps. :-))
- That other answer was an insensitive joke. Sorry about that. BUT, in all seriousness, weightwatchers advises purchasing a blue plate to eat off of, because something about the color blue is psychologically unappetizing and will subconsciously drive you to eat less. That's easy and simple enough.

- 45 pounds is alot, so it may take awhile. Start by decreasing the amount you eat. Cut down on snacks and soda, and make sure you're eating healthy, balanced meals. Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. It doesn't have to be something major, just jog around your neighborhood or do some sit-ups. Don't try any extreme diets, and don't skip meals. Skipping meals actually slows your metabolism, and you can GAIN weight instead.
- umm...i lost about 20 pounds in a month...all i did was ran alot and ate healthy...its kinda hard at first, but then u get the hang of it and it becomes really easy... Start off running 1 mile a day and keep adding more each day untill u get the hang of it and don't eat any chocolate, cookies, ice cream, or fast food...those things carry lots of fats thats hard to get rid off. hope this help =]
