Ways to lose pounds fast

im 16 and i weight 205 pounds. Quickest way to lose 40-50 pounds?

Yeah, I dont want to pay for guides on how to lose weight, and I can't really afford to have membership at any fitness. I'm stuck at home with a set of dumbells at 20 pounds, and a treadmill. What should I do to lose 50ish pounds or more without being very stressed out or such. I just want to lose weight the real way. Any help would be highly appreciated, and I will thank you very much if it works.

  1. Drink lots of water....at least 80 oz. a day. Walk or jog at least 30 mins. Ask your parents if they will purchase Leslie Sanzone's Walk Way the Pounds DvD Eat only vegetables and lean meat for at least a month and the weight will melt off.
  2. Try running for 30mins-1 Hour a day. and stretch before and try a new sport maybe
  3. i was just like you, actually worse. i was 15 at 240lbs. i went down to 165 and started lifting. i now weigh 177 lbs. i lost weight by eating tons of healhty food(low salt, fat, sugar, calories) sugar especially. i only drink water and tons of it. most importantly do not undereat. just eat a lot of healhty food. (chicken, almonds, granola bars, druits, vegetables). when i got down to 165 i started with 2 dumbbells and worked my way up. now i have a gym membership and am big into lifting. lifting will definitely help, i wish i would have started earlier. also excercise before/after meals. use the treadmill 45 minutes 5 times a week. do it 10 minutes before or after your meals to get your metabolism going. you got everything you need to do it(more than i had) i did pushups, situps, and jumping jacks all day.
  4. You don't say your height or whether you are a guy or gal. To be totally successful, you need to take it slow and easy on losing or you will gain it all back and then some when you resume your eating after all the work of losing. Start with eating a balanced diet of measured amounts of meat, veggies, fruits, whole grain breads and low fat milk. Drink water. No fruit juice, Gatorade or sodas. Try to eliminate oils, fats, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, fast food, fried foods and junk foods. Have fruit or veggies between meals instead of junk. Incorporate an exercise program that includes 30 minutes each and every day of something that makes you heart rate and breathing rate increase. Treadmill is OK. Walking outdoors is better because you have fresh air and different things to see. Be sure to wear good supportive shoes and socks. Drink water during your exercising. Depending on the weather, wear layers so that you can take some off when you get warm. Why exercise? It will keep you from eating for the time you are doing it; it was help firm up some of the extra flab areas; and it will help you more efficiently use the food you do eat. Three very good reasons to exercise! Remember it took you a fair amount of time to put the weight on; it should take a fair amount of time to get it off. No more than 2-3 pounds each week is good. More than that and you could be looking at doing something harmful to your body. You might also consider speaking with your private doctor about a program he would recommend. Joining something like Weight Watchers is helpful just knowing others are in it for the long haul too. WW is a very good program! I wish you good luck!
  5. I just edidt my post because I wrote some mean shit.... really dude, Ive been there... remember though, it takes time.... drink a lot of fluids.... one thing I would say out of personal experience is dont just stay inside, get out of the house, i know you have a treadmill but its not the same... take a jog... I would get bored at home on a treadmill and would give up. Dont be stressed out, like I said it takes time.... set realistic goals, so that when you meet your monthly goal you will be motivated by your success. Eat right! Im not really an expert so I cant give you any good advice, All I can say is DONT GIVE UP.... and dont be in such a hurry to lose so much weight... give it time, work out but enjoy being a kid....
  6. Eat breakfast, lunch, small dinners and no snacks before bed.
  7. Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help : 1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe) 2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two) 3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours) 4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous) More infomation the link:<--http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=204&Itemid=62
