What are good ways to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks?

I was wondering what are some good tips/ways for loosing 10 pounds over 4 weeks. Height: 5"1 Weight: 125 pounds Goal weight: 112 - 115 pounds I would really appreciate it if your answers are specific. What to eat or not to eat? How many times to exercise? etc. things like that. Thanx a bunch! :)

  2. Drink half your body weight in water daily, for example I weigh 114 so I have to drink 57oz. of water daily! Eat atleast 35 grams of fiber a day and you'll block 245 calories from being asorbed. Fruits + veggies are loaded with fiber so are whole wheat foods. Exercise for 60 minutes a day. Make breakfast your biggest meal, lunch your medium and dinner your smallest! Good luck ;)
  3. Make it a point to walk at least 2 miles in the evening. Just before or just after dinner would be good. It'll increase metabolism.

NO MCDONALDS or fast food or frozen food and nothing with too much fat. exercise 3-5 times a week. always try to move. when sitting on the computer you can shake your leg or something or tap it. instead or sitting watching tv jog in place..etc. i heard lemon honey and water works you mix lemon (make sure it's sour enough) with water and honey to sweetenen it up (not too much) but continue eating 1800 calories and drink that once or twice a day for a little bit. it should help a little. it'll only help if you exercise and eat normally.
