  2. Insanely unhealthy!! it's like you're literally trying to do the most unhealthy thing possible. even 1500 calories is pushing it. and an hour of workout is perfect! you don't need more. you have to remember our bodies burn off around 1500 calories daily without having to do anything. and another 400-500 from a good workout, totaling to about 1900-2000 calories burned a day. if you ate a 1800 calorie diet and workout daily. you'd be burning an excess 200 calories each time! and the rule for loosing weight is burn more calories than you intake daily. and with that, you'd be burning an excess of 200 a day! that's good and safe. also eat small meals frequently through out the day, and don't eat late at night. good luck!! i'm glad i was here to answer this, or else you'd be carrying on a very unhealthy way to loose weight.
  3. you should get it approved by your doctor. but as long as you don't feel faint or anything, it should be ok. good luck!
  4. no this is not healthy add 400 more calories and work out 1 and a half or maybe even an hour u can srsly kill urself or overwork urself that u loose too much weight and ur saggy SAGGY which i dont think u wnat
  5. no your body is gonna shut down to quickly. 1500 calories is good. Actually just remove 500 calories you eat a day and run everyday aswell.
  6. yes, go ahead.
  7. it all depends if your replacing the calories burned with the right calories try it and if it works for you keep it up all bodies are different
  8. 500 calories a day is a starvation diet...no, it is not healthy. See a nutritionist/dietitian for some help! KJL
  9. everything sounds good except the 500 calorie part. I believe you shouldn't go below 1100 or 1200/day or it is unhealthy no matter what you are actually eating.
  10. dont exercise that much this soon, youll strain yourself. and the body needs 2000 calories a day so eat all healthy foods. 500 hundred calories and 2 hours of exercising a day is almost suicide.
  11. u shouldnt diet...diets dont work and u have 2 make a life style change and never starve urself or go below 1500 calories(some go to 1200 calories)...just eat healthy!!!!!! 500 CALORIES IS AN ANOREXIC DIET AND U CANT LIVE ON THAT AT ALL AND IS NOT HEALTHY!!!! -fruits -vegies -whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal -low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese) -lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites) -nuts/seeds...peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit -beans SNACKS -baked lays chips -cheesesticks -100 calorie packs -breyers double churned(and no added sugar) ice cream -chocolate peanut butter ricecakes -frozen fruit with fat free cool whip -quaker chewy granola bars -fruit pops -lean pockets -chocolate milk -graham crackers -vegies and dip -pretzels and fat free cream cheese
  12. nope thats too low. your body will hold on to that food and turn it into fat, because it thinks you will not eat again. and if you do lose weight youll have extra skin and it will look nasty. the minimum you should eat is 1200 calories. but i recommend more than that. Just train hard, you did not gain 95 pounds over night so it will take hard work and dedication
  13. thats not healthy at all...500 calories is not enough for a day...the body needs atleast 1000 per day...also you need to eat healthy fats...and you need dairy to get protein...its better to replace than to cut out food groups completely..trust me i've yoyo dieted for a very long time and you're basically starving yourself...the first week you'll lose alot of water weight...but from there on you'll hit a plateau and you'll stop losing weight...so i would suggest you go to a doctor or try a healthier diet and cut down on portions
  14. You WON'T start losing FAT until you have lost around 15% of muscle and water. Oh, and I hope you like saggy skin bcuz that is what you will have if you lose a big amount of weight, in a short amount of time. And you will EASILY gain the weight back.
  15. no, 500 cals is about enough to support a lethargic 50 lb male. you need more than 500 cals a day for it to be healthy... on the other hand the 2 hr workout is a great way to get in shape without dieting
  16. no no no. this is not safe. Your depriving your body. Just because you eat all veggies doesn't mean that its a healthy diet. You should be eating tons of veggies in addition to food that is high in fiber and protein. If you don't eat meat, try beans and nuts. Get the book The Sonoma Diet and read the first several chapters. Not all food is bad for you. And working out for more than 30 minutes isn't going to do anything extra for you. The best work out is to get your heart rate up and keep it there for20 to 30 min. Then lift some weights while your heart rate is high and then lots of stretching. That's all you need each day. Swimming is a great way to exercise until you lose a little weight and tone some muscles and is less impact on your joints. Best wishes!
  17. Even with exercising, cutting back to 500 calories a day is a sure way to wreck your long term weight loss plans. You're putting your body in a starvation mode and, even though you may lose fast in the first few weeks, the rest will not come off as easily as it would have if you ate about 1200 calories a day and exercised. It would also be easy to put the weight back on quickly whenever you increase your calories - not to mention the health risks. You probably would be saggy, have terrible acne breakouts and your hair will thin out. Talk to your doctor or a dietician or nutritionist to learn the healthy way to lose that won't wreck your health and metabolism. And by the way, you have to eat protein to maintain muscle. You want to lose fat, not muscle and organ tissue. And don't forget a good vitamin.
  18. NO!!! Not only is this extremely unhealthy, it's also almost guaranteed not to work! First of all, with that low calorie consumption, your body will begin shutting down, including your metabolism, to protect itself from "starvation"... you soon won't be able to function properly... you'll feel terrible... and it will take an INCREDIBLE amount on will-power to stick with it, because you'll be so HUNGRY! Secondly, your body needs GOOD fats to function. The problem is that most of the fats in today's modern diet are BAD fats. The best fat for losing weight is pure, unrefined coconut oil since it actually helps you burn fat (unfortunately, it's expensive). Other good fats include fish oil (but make sure it doesn't have mercury and other pollutants and toxins in it). Thirdly, if you hope to exercise 2 hours per day, you won't have any kind of energy on 500 calories per day. In your case, you may want to check out some new medical research by a doctor who has identified several species of parasites and a specific type of goopy plaque that if left in your bowels makes you fat and bloated. This is a primary cause of obesity -- fortunately, this research also reveals how to stop the weight cycle. It further explains that the same cause of why people get fat is also the same reason why people eventually get sick and die prematurely -- often cutting off years from their lives (not to mention the quality of their lives). People who flush these parasites out of their bodies often report fairly rapid weight loss up to 100 lbs or more -- and without changing a single thing about their diets. 19. its unconventional, but if you spread them out throughout the day and have a lot directly after your workout, it shouldnt be that bad... but make sure you have some source of protein. You run the risk of getting fed up with this and spiraling intpo a bad routine...... i recommend you make a small change in your eating habits every week. Switch from regular pasta and bread to whole wheat, eat lean chicken breast and turkey rather than red meat. good luck
  20. No !! It's not safe because the body needs at least 1800-2000 calories in take per day and with plenty of water, vitamins and your minerals. Take your time stop eating the white foods, bread pasta, white rice etc.. and go to an nutrienist (spelled wrong?) someone who knows about special diets ect.... and be careful you can harm your body as well as helping your body.
