Ways to lose pounds fast

I want to lose weight/body fat?

I go to the gym and I run on the treadmill, I burn 400 calories a day. I drink water but not a lot but then that's all I drink a day. I eat 6 onces of lean meat 3 times a day and a high protein shake after my workout...What I eat a day is about 600 to 700 calories a day..will I lose weight/fat this way?..

  1. With an intake that pitiful the only long lasting thing you'll achieve is totally screwing up your metabolism. Do some research and start eating veggies..at least!
  2. No.... your body will store fat -because you need to eat more than double of what you are eating. You need three meals (1500 calories to lose weight!) 600 or 700 is way too little. Or maybe you just don't realize how many calories things have.
